With the increase of the capacity of the installed capacity,the problem of abandoned wind is very prominent in China,especially in the northern part,becoming the primary factor,which restricts the development of wind power.In heating period of the northern region,the thermal power plants order power by heat.The variation range of power generation is very small,which makes the adjustment ability of power system in the heating period is poor,resulting in a large number of wind power can not get online in the north.Under the background of scheduling models and technology conditions,the abundant wind resources formed by the cold wind can not be utilized in North china.But thermal power plants of high coal consumption and high pollution is running day and night,and this contradiction is becoming more and more prominent.This paper is aimed at solving the problem of abandoned wind in the northern region,combining with the heating scheme in which heat pump is used to recovery the waste heat of thermal power plant.This paper designs a intelligent heating system based on the coordinated dispatch of wind power and thermoelectricity,realizing decoupling of the model which determines the amount of electricity generating capacity by heating,then the amount of electricity generating capacity of the wind farm increases.Heat pumps are flexible loads,which can respond to wind power fluctuations.Included in the system of electric power,heat pumps ensures the stability of heating and the maximum consumption of wind power.This paper designs two kinds of boiler systems which are based on compression heat pump,complementary operation scheme of heat pump and heat accumulator and complementary operation scheme of heat pump and power plant.From part to whole,this paper expounds a design principle of hybird energy station.In this paper,a intelligent heating system is designed based on coordinated dispatch of thermoelectric power and wind power,two operating strategies of the system are set up,a flexible load scheduling strategy is set up based on heat pump of heating system,and the optimal allocation model of heat pump of the system is established.This paper designs a power system optimization scheduling model,containing heat pumps,thermoelectricity,thermal power units,heat accumulators and wind power.It is according to the complementary operation of wind power and thermoelectricity,then the model is improved.In this paper,a modified particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model,and the case is set up according to the situation of north.Examplesshow that this paper is effective to solve the problem of abandoning wind in the northern region.
