270V aircraft DC circuit breaker is a key component of the aviation field distribution system,Its performance is vital to the defense advanced technology,advanced industry and civilian equipment.Determines its performance is mainly its opening and breaking capacity and service life,this paper intends to improve the circuit breaker arcing ability and the breaking capacity and prolong the service life and provide the basis for 270 V aircraft DC circuit breaker using air magnetic quenching technology,through the study of Combination of magnetic quenching technology and Arc suppression technology of arc gate.In this paper,one kind of compression and the separation type of arc test device is designed,which can realize the constant speed break.In the process of arc burning,the arc voltage and current parameters are acquired by using an oscilloscope,and the time and energy parameters are extracted.Using the device can study the effect of the factors which includes the breaking speed,the magnetic field type and the size,the contact material,the arc grating,etc on the arc extinguishing effect and the corrosive effect.Using the device develops a study of the effect of the factors which includes the breaking speed,the magnetic field type and the size,the contact material,the arc grating,etc normal atmospheric pressure and low pressure on the arc extinguishing effect and the corrosive effect.Analysis parameters such as arc voltage,arc time and contact erosion amount under different conditions,summary the influence of various factors on the characteristics of arc and contact erosion,acquire the relationship between the effect of the magnetic field,the contact material and the arc gate sheet on the quenching effect and the corrosive effect And the difference of the effect of the different factors on the arc suppression is compared under normal atmospheric pressure and low pressure.Research results show that when the magnetic field is about 50 mT,the arc can be effectively suppressed and the loss of the quality of the contact can be reduced,when the velocity is greater than 200mm/s,it is better to meet the effect of quenching in the low pressure,Under the condition of adding the transverse magnetic field,the arc extinguishing effect of the copper grid is better than that of the iron gate,anti corrosion of AgCd O is better than AgSnO2 contact.The research results can provide the basis for the design of magnetic quenching technology applied to 270 V aircraft DC circuit breaker.By improving the existing air circuit breaker according to the results of the experiment,test the effect of the air circuit breaker,verify the feasibility and reliability of the experimental magnetic quenching scheme which is applied to high voltage air circuit breaker and analysis the problems in the experiment and find a solution Preparing for the design of 270 V aircraft DC circuit breaker.
