| CNPC Yunnan petrochemical factory railway monolithic track bed area take an important part in the CNPC Yunnan petrochemical plant.take the environmental protection into consideration,which used for ballastless track in ZCK3+894.895~ZCK4+394.946.The ballastless track must have the characteristic of high ride comfort and high stability,so it should not be greater than 15 mm strict requirements on the laying ballastless track subgrade after construction settlement proposed generally.In the railway monolithic track bed area,the maximum filling height reach 18 meters,and stuffing is mainly dominated by the Red Clay Deep artificial filling.It is easy to cause the roadbed sinking which take the red clay and deep artificial fill subgradein in consideration.Therefore,it is particularly importantthe to make a study on the region of the subgrade settlement and deformation can meet the design requirements of ballastless track.The core of this paper is to CNPC Yunnan petrochemical factory railway monolithic track bed regional foundation settlement and deformation analysis and research,which is the foundation reinforcement treatment design and actual construction to provide reference and guidance role.The main work of this paper are as follows:1.Aiming at the particularity of red clay subgrade,the subsidence deformation mechanism was analyzed.On this basis,the common cause of red clay subgrade diseases are discussed in this paper,and based on the different areas of the physical and mechanical properties of red clay,which illustrates the particularity of red clay in yunnan province.2.The field monitoring of surface subsidence,profile settlement,layered settlement and pore water pressure are carried out in the experimental area,and the law of settlement and deformation is analyzed,through the comparison of the monitoring data of each stage.On this basis,the analysis of monolithic roadbed uneven settlement characteristics and its settlement mechanism further are made sure.3.Based on hyperbolic method,star field method and three point method of three subsidence prediction method the results of comparative analysis,combined with the field measured data,the surface settlement and settlement of layered have chosen appropriate settlement prediction method,and final settlement of foundation with hyperbola method is forecasted.At the same time,in order to ensure the accuracy of the settlement prediction,the settlement prediction method is also modified.4.Simulate the different grading loading in this area of the whole railway ballast surface subsidence by Using the ABAQUS software,and calculate settlement amount and the actual monitoring of settlement and settlement prediction of settlement are compared and verified the correctness and feasibility of the ABAQUS finite element analysis.Also of numerical simulation results of two main parameters,that is,the compression and rebound parameters are analyzed and compared,it is concluded that the compression parameters and springback parameter and the surface settlement of the vertical displacement,horizontal displacement and pore water pressure value is monotonically increasing relationship between the conclusion. |
