With the development of modern electronic system to miniaturization,integration and other high functional density direction,piezoelectric transformer shows its unique advantages compared with traditional transformer.Piezoelectric transformer adopts electromechanical coupling energy conversion mode to realize boost voltage.Piezoelectric transformers can be divided into many types according to different operating modes.This paper focuses on the new radial vibration piezoelectric transformer.Firstly,the paper uses the first class of piezoelectric equation and wave equation of the radial equivalent circuit parameters of the piezoelectric vibrator is calculated,and the basic idea of the electromechanical coupling,the mechanical and electrical combination,deduces the circuit model of piezoelectric transformer radial type and related parameters,draw the equivalent circuit diagram.The copper oxide doped Potassium Sodium Niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics is selected.According to the theory,this paper describes the preparation of a circular piezoelectric vibrator,a selected pair of film are bonded into basic radial piezoelectric transformer,and its resonant frequency is 66.9 kHz,the best working load is 90 k? the maximum step-up ratio is 33.2.At the same time,the maximum value of the ratio and the working efficiency can be achieved in the vicinity of the resonant frequency.With the increase of load,the resonant frequency increases and the maximum gain becomes larger.According to the basic performance of the piezoelectric transformer,the drive control circuit of the radial piezoelectric transformer is designed and manufactured.Using VHDL language to edit the control program based on FPGA chip Spartan-6,using PWM and PFM collaborative control method,so that it can meet the complex environment changes in the application of load capacity,and with high efficiency successfully driven the CCFLIn this paper,USR-WiFi232-S wireless WiFi module is adopted to monitor the output signal of piezoelectric transformer in real time,and remote control is needed according to the output of piezoelectric transformer.The WiFi monitoring module can meet the application requirements of long time piezoelectric transformer thermal performance analysis,friction loss analysis and service life factor analysis.At the same time,it has a good inspiration for the research work and application test of other components,and provides a new test idea for the basic research work of long time and multi space.
