As the aircraft "heart",the performance of the aero engine is constantly improving with the increasing demand for aircraft.Research shows that improving the turbine engine front temperature is the best way to improve engine performance.At present,the combustion chamber outlet temperature has far exceeded the blade material heat resistance limit.Therefore,the use of effective blade cooling of turbine blades is one of the important ways to ensure the safe and reliable performance of turbine blades.The combination of experiment and numerical calculation are applied to study the characteristics of film cooling of typical blades.The influence of Reynolds number,turbulence and blowing ratio on the surface heat transfer characteristics of the blade is analyzed.It reveals the flow field characteristics of film cooling turbine blade structure,and on this basis to give the corresponding heat transfer rules.According to this study the contents of the conclusions are:(1)Under the experimental conditions and parameters,the cooling efficiency of the blade surface is less affected by the Reynolds number,the cooling efficiency remains unchanged;However,the convective heat transfer coefficient of the blade surface is greatly influenced by the Reynolds number,and the convective heat transfer coefficient increases signif icantly with the inc rease of Reynolds number;(2)The cooling efficiency and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the blade surface are large affected by blow ing ratio,With the increase of the blowing ratio,the cooling efficiency and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the blade gradually increased,but when the high blowing ratio is higher than 3,the cooling efficiency decreases near the outlet of the gas film hole at the suction surface of the blade;(3)The turbulence intensity has a great influence on the cooling characteristics,the increase of the turbulence intensity can enhance air disturbance,accelerate surface film damage,resulting in the reduction of cooling efficiency,but the convective heat transfer coefficient is improved;(4)The Fluent is used to analyze the characteristics of the film cooling.The results are compared with the experimental results,and the results were in good agreement with the numerical simulation results.
