It is one of the most important methods to reduce the probability of been detected by coating the low infrared emissivity coating on the surface of the aircraft. With the continuous development of the Marine military, the military activities of the aircraft have increased significantly on the offshore platform. However, the Marine environment is one of a harsh corrosive environment,it improves the engineering-application requirements of the low infrared emissivity coating. In this paper, the works are aimed at the corrosion resistance of the coatings in marine atmospheric environment. The comprehensive performance of the coatings in this paper is improved without performance degradation of infrared emissivity. The main research results are as follows:1,The trifluoro typed fluorocarbon resin is determined to be studied in this paper by the comprehensive analysis to the structure of the resins. The experiment prove that the alternating structure and hydroxyl value of the fluorocarbon resin had a great influence on the performance of low emissivity coating. And the alternating structure and hydroxyl value of the fluorocarbon resin are proved to have a great impact on the performance of low emissivity coating according to the experiment results. The environmental resistance of the fluorocarbon resin low infrared emissivity coatings is better than that of the polyurethane resin low infrared emissivity coatings.Determine the main corrosion factors: salt fog corrosion coating and lubricating oil corrosion, and put the emphasis on the protection of aluminum powder. At the same time, the salt-spray corrosion and lubricating oils corrosion are considered to be the two main corrosion factors of the coatings, and the research emphasis is focused on the protection of the aluminite powder in the coatings.2,The inert fillers are used to shielding corrosion medium. The relative distribution of the inert filler layer and aluminium layer is detailedly analyzed based on the theory and nano-calcium is proved to distribute under the aluminum powder to improve the shielding performance of coating, its optimum adding quantity is determined.3,The environmental resistance of the coatings can be improved without performance degradation of infrared emissivity by reducing the surface defect of the coatings and increasing the adhesion between the fillers and resins respectively based on decreasing the invasion paths of corrosive medium according to the corrosion mechanism. The surface defects can be reduced by adding cellulose acetate butyrate to improve the aluminum orientation and reduce the content of aluminum powder and the adhesion between the fillers and resins can be improved by adding coupling reagent. The mechanical properties of the coating: adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance are grade 1,0.5mm and 45 kg?cm respectively. The lubricating oil resistant cycles can reach 32 d and the salt fog corrosion cycles increase up to 39 d.
