With the rapid growth of UAV market,low altitude airspace resources will become increasingly scarce.Due to the drone pilot level is uneven,flight safety issues become increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper puts forward the theory of UAV flight plan management and its flight feasibility verification,which provides the necessary basis for UAV’s safe operation.The theory mainly includes UAV flight plan modeling,meteorological environment,airspace,geography and other flight environment modeling and static verification algorithm.On the basis of generated trajectory according to UAV flight plan,the problem of multi-UAV conflict-free planning is studied.Firstly,the basic elements and expressing model of UAV flight plan is established based on UAV performance parameters,and the effect of flight plan in the whole life cycle is analyzed.Secondly,the GRIB based meteorological forecast model,the basic airspace environment,geographical elevation and other static flight environment are established.Based on the static verification theory to realize the feasibility of the flight plan.Combined with the case study,validation theory is effective and feasible for system administrators to verify the flight plan.Then,based on the trajectory generated by UAV flight plan,the flight conflict between UAV trajectory is detected.A conflict-free trajectory planning method is proposed for multi-UAV,which combines the static grid of air space to pre detect conflict roughly and protection zone model to detect the conflict points accurately.For the conflicting flight plans,a dynamic grouping strategy is used to adjust the departure time of flight plan,to realize conflict free trajectory planning,and to provide users with effective suggestions to modify their flight plans.Finally,we set up UAV flight plan management and verification system via NASA World Wind,summarize the research content and results achieved of this paper.
