With the opening up of the domestic low-altitude airspace and strong support for general aviation from the state,civilian helicopter market release huge demand.To achieve the real application of the helicopter in the field of civil aviation,the design,manufacture and continuous maintenance of helicopter should meet the airworthiness standards.As the generally adopted power plant of the helicopter,the research work on the validation of the compliance of the control system has important significance to the obtainment of engine airworthiness certificate.According to the characteristics of a certain type of turbo-shaft engine control system,this paper in-depth studies the methods of compliance validation for airworthiness regulation of engine control system and its hazard identification method.The main research content is as follows: 1.The two supporting factors of airworthiness compliance verification were studied,which were airworthiness certification basis and airworthiness conformity verification method.The engine airworthiness certification basis was analyzed and the airworthiness certification basis and verification methods were matched,based on which,airworthiness compliance verification process for engine control system was given.2.The concept of knowledge ontology was introduced into compliance certification process.The knowledge ontology of airworthiness compliance verification unit was constructed and embedded in the verification activity process to make the airworthiness regulations and verification technology better constrain the compliance verification activities.Improved airworthiness compliance verification process for engine control system was given.3.A hazard analysis method based on scenario modeling and hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis technology was proposed.The use case diagram of the system modeling language(SysML)was used to graphically represent the system functions,based on which,the usage scenario was established.HAZOP was used to carry out the hazard analysis after obtaining the analysis object elements from scenarios.4.By using the hazard analysis method based on scenario modeling and HAZOP,the hazard analysis of engine control system was done.Bsaed on the analysis,the system failure state and top-level security requirements were obtained,which was the guidance of the follow-up verification activities.
