The propulsion system of hypersonic vehicles is complex,and there are serious coupling action between propulsion and control,which will bring a lot of challenges to aircraft design analysis and control.Studying the interaction between propulsion and control of hypersonic vehicle will help to understand the physical essentials of the complex hypersonic vehicle models and be better to complete the design of the controller.Based on that,in this paper,the mechanism model of propulsion system of hypersonic vehicle is simplified to get the control oriented surrogate model Furthermore,the influence on control system caused by the surrogate model of propulsion system will be analyzed.Firstly,the parameterized model of the hypersonic vehicle is constructed based on flight dynamics,aerodynamics and classical mechanics.Then,the relevant models with regard to the air inlet,isolator,combustor,and nozzle in the propulsion system are built based on the oblique shock wave and expansion wave theory,fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.Accordingly,the complex mechanism model of propulsion system is built.Secondly,the mechanism model is simplified to a polynomial model associated with flight state and control inputs,Furthermore,the polynomial model can been simplified to the minimalist form by the sensitivity analysis method based on goodness of fit.The minimalist polynomial model and flight state is decoupled using the adaptive state variable substitution method.As a result,the control oriented surrogate model of propulsion system is built accordingly.The longitudinal model of the hypersonic vehicle is obtained in combination with the control oriented surrogate model of propulsion system and the parameterized dynamic model.The influence on the open loop and closed loop performance of control system caused by the surrogate model of propulsion system is analyzed based on the null controllable region theory and the H? theory.The constitutive relations between propulsion and control have been dicussed,and results show that the integration design will be helpful to the engineering realization of the new-type of the hypersonic vehicle.
