The automatic transmission makes vehicle driving become simpler and safer.Torsion effect of the hydraulic torque converter makes the vehicle have stronger power in climbing and speeding up,but the efficiency of pure hydraulic transmission is low.The locking clutch can not only make good use of the torsion effect of the hydraulic torque converter,but also can improve the efficiency of hydraulic torque converter by locking.According to the different need of the economy or dynamic performance,the choose of atresia is different.Locking clutch has a dozen components.It will reduce design efficiency,increase design cycle and cost in the traditional way of redesigning every design.Locking clutch's intelligent design is a design research direction in the future.Locking clutch atresia produces friction heat by friction disk in the process of combining.The accumulation of heat is influenced by friction materials,oil convection heat transfer,groove shape,etc.High temperature often makes friction disk the damage of sintering,etc.So it is necessary to research friction heat in the process of the combination of lock up clutch.In this paper,according to the vehicle technology requirements of the subject,it determines the parameters of the locking clutch and designs the structure and key parts of locking clutch.Through the language knowledge fusion(KF)carrying out on the secondary development of UG,it realizes the locking clutch's assembly parametric design and parameters of the key parts,which improves the design efficiency and reduce the design cycle and cost.Using hydraulic torque converter test bench of enterprise do hydraulic torque converter basic performance experiments,hydraulic torque converter original characteristic curves are obtained.Through the study of original characteristic curves of different closure point,and according to the hydraulic torque converter and engine matching curve do the analysis of each closure point.On the basis of parametric modeling,according to thermodynamic analysis of the relevant knowledge,by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the transient thermodynamic locking clutch friction plate,it comes out the variation law of friction temperature rise,friction time and velocity difference on the hydraulic piston.Then the static analysis of the hydraulic piston is carried out,and the results verify the correctness of the design.At the same time,it provides certain reference for the design work.
