Since permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of simple structure,high power density,high efficiency,high reliability and so on,it is widely used in various fields of national economy.With the PMSM widely used,the requirement of its quality is getting higher and higher.The prototype of this paper is used by submarine.Its function is to release and recycle the antenna.Due to the need for rigid installation on the submarine chassis,vibration motor feet will propagate along the submarine seawater housing,thus submarine concealment is destroyed.Thence,it is necessary to analysis of PMSM electromagnetic vibration and noise.In this paper,I will study the motor vibration mainly from two aspects,one from the process of electromagnetic force generation,another from motor structure modal.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis the source of motor vibration and noise by Radial Theory.On the basis of the PMSM electromagnetic field's theoretical analysis,derive the expression of air gap magnetic density and electromagnetic force.Analysis the harmonic components of air gap and electromagnetic force,and derive its relationship,weighte expression of noise level A.(2)Analysis the influence of Structural Parameters on Electromagnetic Vibration and Noise by Electromagnetic Simulation.On the basis of achieved the tangential air gap magnetic flux,radial air gap flux,radial electromagnetic force and tangential electromagnetic force in the air gap,analysis the main harmonic components.Analyze theinfluence of the motor structure on the motor vibration and noise on the base of established the corresponding model.(3)Analysis the effects of natural modes of a structure of the vibration and noise by the motor numerical calculation.Calculate the natural frequency of the rotor by analytic calculation and numerical simulation,and analyze the rotor's structure rationality by will it or not occur resonance.Analyze the influence of different models of stator core and different shell thickness on the mode of stator system.The modal mode of the stator system is analyzed on the basis of the stator system model is established.Analyze the structural design of the stator system is reasonable by will it or not appear resonance phenomenon combined with the results of electromagnetic analysis.The end cap structure is improved to improve the motor mode by the influence of the end cap on the stator system modal is analyzed.Analysis of the whole modal for verifying the machine structure design reasonable and reliable.(4)The coupling analysis and analysis of the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are carried out.The reliability of the modal analysis and the coupled simulation is verified by experiments.Verify the reliability of the rotor simulation analysis and the rationality of the structural design by the modal experiment of the rotor.The vibration frequency of the whole machine is compared with the vibration spectrum of the whole machine.The modal frequency and the maximum vibration quantity of the whole machine are obtained,and the correctness of the modal analysis and coupling simulation is verified.
