Aviation hydraulic pump bearing is one of the most important parts in air pump,in the process of high speed,it easy to get agglutination failure.In order to guarantee the service life of bearing,which high demand for it.The forming process design and the quality of the forming of bearing shell are main technical problems which affect its application and development.Bearing precision cold forming is an advanced,efficient,high quality plastic forming process which for rolling bearing shell and finishing of cold extrusion at room temperature.Now research of bearing cold roll forming is less,leading to more advantage in technology and the comprehensive economic of cold rolling technology development is slow,which seriously restricted the process in the application and development in the bearing industry.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,with the aid of finite element analysis related forming test was carried out,the bearing shell forming of cold rolling and cold extrusion finishing process were studied.Established design method of the bearing bush cold roll forming process,revealing the motion law,metal flow and the plastic deformation law of bearing shell process,and providing a theoretical basis for the application and development of forming process of cold rolling bearing.Using the theory of mechanics analysis,to study the bearing shell bite into the groove of cold rolling and forging condition,combined with the finite element analysis,conclude the establishment of a stable of cold rolling forming conditions;Derived the forming roller size,core roller feeding speed,the calculation formula of the guide roller speed.Reveals the core roller feeding speed,drive roller,guide roller speed control for forming metal plastic forming,the geometric precision of cold rolling bearing;end surface roughness,the effect of the deformation uniformity;Bearing limit deformation of rough rolling blank size is given;Determined the cold extrusion process,the overall structure of the die design,convex and concave die size design,and bearing surface forming characteristics of cold extrusion were studied.Based on the above research,this topic solved the design of the main process parameters such as the bearing shell,the forming roller of cold rolling size,the core roller feeding speed,rotating speed of drive roller,guide roller speed control and rolling time problem.This process solved the problem of enterprise production encountered,brought great economic benefits for the enterprise,and provided the certain basis for the future development of forming process of cold rolling bearing.
