In order to study the influence of gasification temperature, gasification agents and blending ratios on gas component, low heat value?LHV?,gasification efficiency and carbon conversion rate during co-gasification in a circulating fluidized bed, experimental tests were carried out with air vapor of room temperature heated to 500?.Utilizing scanning electron microscope?SEM?and Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis?EDX?were used to analysising the raw materials and products. As follow:?1?Thermogravimetric analysis shows that corn stalk pyrolysis temperature between the range of 237375?,weightlessness peak appears at 328?,anthracite pyrolysis temperature between the range of 512741?,weightlessness peak appears at 680?.Results the corn stalk is added in the anthracite can reduce the pyrolysis temperature, induce the pyrolysis rate.?2?Improve the gasification temperature can promote the cracking and reforming reaction, the carbon conversion and gasification efficiency. But too high temperature will reduce the positive reaction rate of reduction reaction. The highest gasification efficiency of anthracite gasification alone is 950? between the range of 8001000?,and the highest gasification efficiency of corn stalks sample of 20% blending ratio is 850??3?With air vapor being the gasification agents,H2 increased from 1.80% to 15.53%,the results showed that hydrogen production rate was improved with air vapor being the gasification agents.?4?The addition of corn stalk promoted the generation of CO while inhibited the generation of CO2.But LHV,carbon conversion rate and gasification efficiency decreased when blending ratio exceEDX 40%.,is 6125.14 kJ·kg-1.With air being the gasification agent, the highest LHV appeared at 20% blending ratio, and with air vapor as the gasification agent, the highest LHV appeared when the blending ratio was 40%,is 5803.84 kJ·kg-1.?5?Utilizing X ray diffraction?XRD?analysising the product, peak of anthracite ash mainly in SiO2 and Ca?Al2Si2O8?,peak of corn stalk ash mainly in SiO2,KAl?SO4?2,K8?SO4??SO3OH6?and Ca?Al2Si2O8?.Confirm the K and Ca will exist in the gasification process.
