| With the development of the city,deep foundation pit become more and more,in order to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction,the excavation method with support system is often used.As a kind of axial force component,the support system often produces temperature stress due to temperature changed,in this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze the temperature stress of foundation pit.The finite element method is used to simulate the excavation of the foundation pit and the temperature change of the supporting system during excavation.System analysis of the multi-channel support system of the changes of the axial force,the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure and the bending moment of the supporting structure due to temperature change.The main conclusion are as follows:1.The finite element analysis results of simulating the two support system.The first supporting shaft decreases with the increase of the support temperature,while the second supporting axial force increases gradually,it is shown that the change of supporting temperature affects the redistribution of the axial force;The horizontal displacement of the retaining structure decreases gradually with the increase of temperature,the overall trend is roughly the same;The increase of temperature has a certain influence on the bending moment of the retaining wall above the excavation surface,while has a great influence on the bending moment of department.2.The finite element analysis results of simulating the three support system.The first supporting shaft decreases with the increase of the support temperature,Second and the third supporting axial force increased gradually,however,the third supporting axial force increased significantly.With the increase of temperature,the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure is the same.The horizontal displacement decreases with the increase of temperature,and the difference of horizontal displacement between the second supports is great than the third.This is also the reason why the third supporting axial force is greater than second;With the increase of temperature,the change trend of retaining wall bending moment is approximately the same,it has a great influence on the bending moment of the supporting structure.3.Through the simulation and analysis of the engineering example,the simulation results and the measured results are compared.Verify the accuracy of finite element simulation. |
