Small current grounding system has been widely used in many power distribution networks. However, due to the fact that the single-phase earth fault of the small current grounding system is not obvious, the problem of system fault line selection and comprehensive management has not been well solved yet.On the basis of analyzing and studying the working principle and algorithm of fault line selection in small current grounding system, the design and development of intelligent grounding line selection device and integrated control management system are carried out deeply.Firstly, the fault characteristics and the working principle and algorithm of small current grounding system are analyzed deeply. On this basis a small current grounding line selection scheme combined with information fusion technology is proposed.Then,a small current grounding system of intelligent line selection device is designed based on further analysis of the distribution network technical features and functional requirements of the grounding system. The device uses DSP chip as microprocessor, and uses MAX125 chip as analog digital conversion circuit. Moreover, a signal line selection theory based on the compilation of fault line selection is used. the equipment program is tested. Finally, the design of management platform for intelligent line selection device is carried out. From the view of equipment management, the integrated information platform of small current grounding line selection equipment is designed to improve the automation level of power grid operation and adapt to the development trend of smart grid.The integrated management system intelligently integrates many technologies such as grounding fault location function, distribution network, fault diagnosis,decision support and so on. and it can realize monitoring, comprehensive management and evaluation for grounding fault information of distribution network.
