With the increase of Chinese coal mines,subsidence zone is more and more big,leading to a gradually increase in the number of subsidence area channel and culverts damaged.The excavation supporting system which don't interrupt the train running is increasingly used in a large number of mining regions.Artificial dig-hole pile excavation supporting system plays an important part of bearing capacity study,so its importance is self-evident.In the actual supporting system,the top part uses artificial dig-hole pile with H-beam stitching the upper steel structure;the lateral part erects steel beam and steel plate to form retaining structure of foundation pit,providing construction space for restoring the box culvert.Artificial dig-hole pile's lateral steel plate is under side friction by the soil around the pile,which differs from common pile foundation.Therefore,the research of this kind of artificial dig-hole pile's bearing performance for aerial excavation design is very important.Under above project background,the bearing capacity of artificial dig-hole pile in the subsidence area railway line excavation bracing system is studied in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)For high fill railway line artificial dig-hole pile excavation supporting system,calculating the artificial dig-hole pile top load and checking the artificial dig-hole pile stability.(2)Artificial dig-hole pile in subsidence area railway line overhead supporting system is numerical simulated using FLAC3 D software,getting load-settlement curve under the condition of different pile diameter,pile length and whether to consider steel friction to obtain the artificial dig-hole pile's vertical compressive bearing capacity.The results show that the above factors have a different effects on the artificial dig-hole pile's bearing capacity.(3)When soil behind the plate is under a state of different soil pressure,calculating soil pressure that steel suffered,then the friction that steel plate suffered can be obtained.In practical engineering,calculating artificial dig-hole pile's bearing capacity using the method of theoretical formula and numerical simulation.It shows that both results can satisfy the design requirements.
