Study On The Site Selection Of Budget Hotel Based On GIS And Neural Network

With the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of reformation and opening,the modern tourism gets swiftly advanced,and the expansion of the urban budget hotels get greatly growth.This trend makes budget hotels facing increasingly competitive pressure.Scientific site selection has become the prerequisites of long-term survival and development for budget hotel.In the site selection of budget hotel,we need to consider the impact of many Inter-related factors.It is difficult to use the established mathematical model to describe this relationship.The traditional location selection method has obvious shortcomings in the decision-making and forecasting of the site selection,mainly in emphasizing qualitative research but ignore quantitative research,incomplete considering realistic in using math models,and not take the spatial information into account.With the development of spatial information technology,GIS combined with the mathematical model has effectively solved the complex spatial decision problem,and the difficulties of traditional location method have been solved.On the basis of fully analyzing the location of the economical hotel,the paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the traditional site selection method.It systematically introduces the principle of BP artificial network,and uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the BP neural network,and then proposes a site selection model which combines BP neural network and GIS.The model adopts artificial neural network technology and reads the map data in the geographic information system and train the neural network through the historical experience data.Finally,evaluate the economic benefits of the specific place.Based on the.NET platform and the Arc Object component,It achieves the site selection system using GIS and BP network,which can use C# to call for the MATLAB function.Taking the Tongshan District of Xuzhou City as an example,the verification system of the budget hotel location is verified.The results show that the system is more practical and can meet the needs of hotel location.
