The power electronic equipment are extensive used in engineering technology equipment and aviation field,and whether the equipment can safely and effectively involves the reliability operation of power electronic.Failure is part of the power electronic converter component failure caused by system.The current fault diagnosis research has focused on the state estimation and parameter estimation.The fault detection technology and fault-tolerant control technology of power electronic devices have important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of the wide development of traditional converters,this paper presents a cascade power electronic converter,which focuses on the fault detection and fault tolerance control of the converter of the topology.This paper devotes to the research of fault detection and fault processing methods,fly across the capacitor cascade converter is the most typical cascade converter,as application background,this paper so as to realize the converter of flying across the capacitor,further improve the robustness and reliability of the cascade converter safety is only possible through the integration and arrange related devices to realize,in this paper,the proposed method can accurately locate the fault and restructuring switch sequence,make the output voltage in the range of the normal work of the system.The status of the switch state is obtained through the charging and discharging state of the capacitor,and the information of the conflict between the charging and discharging status of any capacitor and the switch state indicates that the switch has a failure condition.After the fault diagnosis,refactor the switch weight sequence.The scheme is to accurately locate the fault switch through the status information of the charging capacitor of the switch capacitor and the sequence of the application switch.The most important aspect of this design is that the policy can tolerate any number of failure switches.
