Lithium batteries in the course of the phenomenon prone to overcharge and over discharge,this phenomenon will greatly damage the lithium battery.Lithium battery voltage between the monomer is not balanced,will greatly damage the performance of lithium batteries.So the design of lithium battery management system to control the lithium battery charge and discharge,the detection of lithium battery temperature,the balance between the lithium battery voltage,it is very important.The electric car lithium battery management system uses the battery management core LTC6804 as the battery management system acquisition chip,STM32 microcontroller as the master chip,DS18B20 as the temperature acquisition module,RS-232 as the communication bus,MOSFET as auxiliary switch.To achieve the lithium battery overcharge and over discharge protection,balance between the unit voltage,and overheating of the lithium battery cooling.The BMS system to LABVIEW design environment for the host computer,the host computer can be between the next bit through the USB bus to communicate,you can display lithium battery voltage,charging current,local temperature.And through the USB bus to the next machine to send instructions to control the cooling system,charging system.The design of the graduation design to achieve the target and excellent security,can effectively manage the electric vehicle charging and discharging process,and through the active balance to achieve the balance between the individual voltage.
