With the rapid development of science and technology,Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)is more diversified application in all aspects of modern warfare.Because of its small size,low loss,precise control and many other advantages,UAV is more and more important in the target reconnaissance,fire fighting,coordination and other aspects of the commitment to the increasingly important task.From the perspective of the modern battlefield,single unmanned aerial vehicle or single task mode has been unable to satisfy the needs of information warfare,how to achieve complex battlefield environment,more unmanned multi-tasking task assignment,it is the current UAV applications need to be resolved one of the key issues.Firstly,the concept of UAV attack allocation problem is analyzed.The research problem of UAV mission planning system mainly includes task assignment and track planning,and the method of task assignment research is divided to centralized and distributed.The three principles of unmanned aerial vehicle ground attack assignment are briefly described: synergistic principle,real-time principle and autonomy principle.Secondly,the key technical problems of UAV attack are assigned.This thesis gives a brief discussion on data link communication technology,ground situation assessment technology,task real-time collaboration technology and replanning.At the same time,it is pointed out that the research of this problem is more imoortant in the establishment of the model and the related algorithms.The choice of model and the determination of constraint are the basis of transforming what into multi-objective optimization problem.The computational efficiency of the algorithm is the key to the allocation of UAVs to the ground attack task.The algorithm related to the task allocation problem of UAVs is analyzed and compared.The advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms are improved and optimized.jobs.Three algorithms are commonly used in task assignment: genetic algorithm,tabu search algorithm and particle swarm algorithm are analyzed and compared.Thirdly,the problem of UAV task assignment is established,and the multi-objective function system,which combines attack profit and loss function is established.The constraint condition of this multi-objective system is described in detail,and the mathematical model The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve this problem.The advantages and disadvantages of this algorithm are analyzed.Chaos optimization is adopted to initialize the population at the same time,which improves the speed and quality of the algorithm.Finally,in the simulation experiment,the results of NSGA-II algorithm are compared with the results of traditional GA algorithm.Experiments show that the optimized NSGA-II algorithm can solve the problem of UAV task allocation quickly and efficiently,and has its own superiority.
