Today's social progress and economic development are based on the rapid development of today's society.Power industry is one of the important fundamental industries in modern countries,and the amount of electricity produced is an important indicator of the economic development of a country[1].With the development of the global economy,natural resources are also consumed in large quantities,especially the non-renewable resources.In order to realize the rapid and recyclable development of social economy,we should improve the utilization rate of resources and realize the recycling of resources.From the energy conservation,this paper mainly expatiates the energy saving and reducing work of the power plant to the pump.Is coal-fired boiler feed water system,waste incineration,waste heat recovery,solar heat,and other important constitute a system of power plant thermal system,and its high working pressure,large flow,pressure,stability and the safety of the whole plant flexible operation plays an important role in[2].Through the steam feed water pump using industrial steam turbine design and analysis,can more accurately know,in the feed water pump driven by motor replacement for drag type industrial steam turbine,how much of an economic benefit.This study need to be designed a suitable for small power plant using high efficiency industrial steam turbine feed water pump with variable speed drag,through comparing with the traditional motor drive scheme,study of feed water pump to industrial steam turbine motor drag drag modification method of room to improve efficiency.This paper through the analysis and comparison to the pump speed system and the advantages and disadvantages of constant speed operation,analysis and comparison for feed water pump variable speed operation of the advantages and disadvantages of several ways,and according to the actual situation of a small thermal power plant,using the thermodynamic calculation software Axturbo design by high speed drive are a few small power plant feed pump with industrial steam turbine,compared with a few industrial steam turbine feed water pump,drag the motor drive before modification compared the economic benefits of feed water pump to produce,select the optimization of industrial steam turbine thermal design scheme,using the finite element calculation software Numeca checking pneumatic thermodynamic calculation results of the scheme,pneumatic after checking through,it is concluded that the final design plan.This paper aims to design a high speed drive for use in a small power plant feed pump with industrial steam turbine,through comparative analysis,power plants using industrial steam turbine feed water pump than originally used motor drag drag feed water pump have great economic benefit.Main features for small power plant using efficient industrial steam turbine feed water pump with variable speed drag for customized design,improve the product technology level,has the technical feasibility and economic feasibility,for small power plants play a positive role of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
