| The space grid structure has good lateral stiffness and excellent structural performance,meanwhile can effectively overcome some shortcomings of the conventional frame tube structure.However,due to the many nodes of the grid frame wall in the system,it brings a lot of inconvenience to the site construction,which limits the further popularization and application of the system.If the grid frame wall can be divided into a number of basic units,sent to the site for installation after prefabrication in the factory,will greatly improve the efficiency of construction.Therefore,combining the technology of precast concrete and reinforced concrete space grid box structure,the formation of precast reinforced concrete space grid box structure system,will have broad prospects for development in our country,has very high research value.In this paper,a new type of assembled monolithic concrete structure system is presented.The research contents are as follows:(1)Understand the research status of precast concrete structure,and the advantages and problems of reinforced concrete space grid box structure,put forward a reasonable form of precast concrete grid frame wall.(2)Conducted a research to compare the basic mechanical characteristics and economic efficiency between grid frame wall and conventional frame structure.Researched the base shear and bending moment distribution or grid frame wall structure system.Using the D value method to deduce the stiffness of grid frame wall.This paper puts forward the appropriate height of the net frame wall and optimizes the form of the existing grid frame wall.(3)In this paper,the experimental study on the precast concrete grid frame wall is carried out,and the MTS hydraulic servo loading test system is used to apply the reciprocating horizontal load to the frame wall of the frame.Compared with the conventional frame structure,the energy dissipation capacity and deformation recovery ability of the prefabricated frame wall are compared.The mechanical properties,ductility and failure mechanism of the joints are studied.It is found that the prefabricated frame wall is equivalent to cast in place,and its bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity are better than that of the conventional frame structure with the same amount of material.(4)Using ABAQUS/ANSYS and other finite element analysis software to carry on the elastic-plastic analysis of precast concrete grid frame wall,the numerical simulation of the reaction process of grid frame wall under horizontal force.The mechanical properties and hysteretic characteristics of the structure are studied.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiments.(5)Using PUSH/EPDA finite element analysis software to simulate the dynamic time history analysis of prefabricated concrete space grid box structure.The numerical simulation of the reaction process of the new system under rare earthquake.The crack location and the development of seismic damage are studied,and the thin and weak layer of the structure is found.The results show that the stress of the structure is reasonable,there is no obvious weakness,and the failure mode is ideal. |
