The ratio of thermal power in China is high,with the environmental pollution and exhausted coal resources,it's urgent to optimize the current coal-based energy structure.As a kind of clean and mature technology,Nuclear power's density is high.Compared with solar energy and wind power,Nuclear power is more steady and compatible with current power grid.So,Nuclear power is of great significance to improve clean power consumption ratio in China.However,Nuclear power accident is extremely harmful to surrounding environment,which is mostly caused by mistakes of operator,so safety of nuclear power is critical.This paper develops decision support system,which helps operator diagnose the nuclear power plant quickly and provides operator with decision support.Analyse failure mechanism of subsystems of engineered safety features and model the failure mechanism which can be descripted with event combination with static fault tree and witch contains dynamic relation with dynamic fault tree.Dynamic fault tree is solved by modularization method,which handle the dynamic logic gate as a separate module,parameters of which is solved by Markov method.Then,the dynamic fault tree is handled as static fault free,which qualitative and quantitative analysis is performed by minimal cut set method.Fault tree analysis is applied during the operation of nuclear power plant,which purpose is to detect the dangerous parts.Fault tree module library and model platform is developed,on which fault tree model can be built and analyzed.The data of the analysis is stored in the database,which reflects the real time failure characteristics of nuclear power plant.Decision support system is developed,which interfaces with fault tree model platform through database.Operator can browse the human machine interface of decision support system to grasp the safety status of nuclear power plant.Computer based procedures of nuclear power plant is developed,which relates with fault tree model,operation data and operation monitor interface through rule-based reasoning mechanism.Operator can detect dangerous parts through fault tree model and the system will display the related procedure automatically.During the process of operation,Operator can get the feedback of nuclear power plant through related operation data and operation monitor interface.Decision support system is based on fault tree analysis and computer based procedures and supplemented with operation data and operation monitor interface,which provides operator with system diagnosis,operation procedure and system feedback and matches with the logic process of operator,so it provides operator with comprehensive support and improve the safety and stability of nuclear power plants.
