Since twenty-first century,the global energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious,which also lead to the transformation of many industries in the industrial field.As one of the core components of the electric vehicle,the motor and its drive system play an important role in the whole vehicle control system.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high efficiency and high torque density.As a new type PMSM,axial field flux-switching fault-tolerant(AFFSFT)motor incorporates the strengths of the axial field flux-switching permanent magnet(AFFSPM)motor and traditional PMSM.With short axial dimensions,the rotor has the advantages of simple structure.Sine wave control method can be used on AFFSFT motor,and its fault-tolerant ability is better.Therefore,AFFSFT motor has a wide range of applications in the field of electric vehicles.In this thesis,a three phase AFFSFT motor with 6-stator-teeth/14-rotor-poles for electric vehicle is designed as the research object,and the fault tolerant control method is discussed for the single-phase fault type of the motor.Firstly,the basic structure and operating principle of AFFSFT motor are introduced,and its static characteristics are analyzed.Based on the ABC coordinate system and the dqO coordinate system,the mathematical model of the motor is established,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,four kinds of current control algorithms used in vector control are listed.According to the actual needs,id ?0 vector control method is selected by the fault-tolerant control system of AFFSFT motor.For the single-phase fault of AFFSFT motor,with the three-phase four-leg inverter,a SVPWM fault tolerant control algorithm based on the minimum copper loss for AFFSFT motor is proposed.Thirdly,the simulation model of AFFSFT motor fault tolerant control system is established based on MATLAB/Simulink.The single-phase circuit fault and single-phase short-circuit fault of the motor are simulated,and the output characteristics of the SVPWM fault tolerant algorithm and the SVPWM fault tolerant algorithm based on the minimum copper loss are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the simulation,the hardware platform of fault tolerant control system of AFFSFT motor based on TMS320F28335 is built,and all the algorithms are programmed in the CCS6.0 environment.The fault tolerant control algorithm proposed in this thesis is demonstrated to be correct by experimental results.
