As a new type of motor with a series of advantages,Flux-Switching Permanent magnet(FSPM)Motor is getting more and more attention from academia and industry.The bearingless FSPM motor achieves the suspension of the rotor by controlling the radial magnetic levitation force by adding a suspension winding on the basis of the original FSPM motor.In this thesis,a bearingless motor control system is studied for the double-winding bearingless FSPM motor,including rotation control and suspension control.The key content of this thesis is listed as follows:1.The history of the development of bearingless motors is introduced and the structure and working principle of typical bearingless motors are introduced.The structure and working principle of three bearingless FSPM motors are analyzed.2.The finite element simulation of the electromagnetic characteristics of the bearingless FSPM motor is carried out,and the radial force characteristics of the bearingless FSPM motor are analyzed emphatically.3.For rotation control,the control strategy of current hysteresis loop control and space voltage vector control is analyzed in detail.The control block diagram is constructed and the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model is constructed and the simulation results are given.4.The dynamic performance and steady state performance of the motor are studied.The experimental results show that the control strategy is feasible and the motor performance is good.5.The traditional method of modeling the radial force of bearingless FSPM motor is complicated.Presenting a method to deal with the levitational force coefficient obtained by finite element simulation using interpolation algorithm.The simulation model of radial force suspension control is established.And got the simulation results.6.The hardware and software design of the control system of bearingless FSPM motor,including IGBT drive module and the hardware circuit board of sampling system such as voltage signal,current signal,position signal and displacement signal are designed.The software of C language program based on DSP is completed.
