With China’s entry into the era of new construction and stock engineering maintenance and reconstruction,reinforcement technology has become one of the important.subjects of construction research.Nowadays,the concrete replacement method gets more use and recognition for the low intensity of concrete in building construction.Among them,the unsupported replacement of concrete reinforcement method is currently in the building reinforcement transformation also began to be used.Unsupported replacement concrete method is to replace the wall through the number of batches,the use of batches before and after the alternate support of the wall,complete replacement in batches of reinforcement technology.Compared with supported concrete method,the method is relatively simple,the cost is saved more than half,the construction period is short,and it will be widely popularized in the future.More practical works are used.In this paper,the construction technology of unsupported displacement concrete reinforcement method is studied in this paper.The finite element model is established by ANSYS to simulate the construction process of concrete replacement,and the reinforcement effect in different construction stages is discussed.Because of the few cases of this project,there is no relevant research results at home and abroad,for the first time in this paper.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)A detailed description of the project is given,and the reasons for choosing the unsupported displacement concrete method are expounded through the comparison and analysis of the various reinforcement schemes.Combined with the project examples,the construction process,concrete construction technology and construction monitoring are described in detail..(2)Using ANSYS 14.5 finite element software element of life and death and the unit overlap function,concrete replacement construction stage,the replacement of the completion of the follow-up after the completion of the construction phase and the use of the stage after the process simulation,elaborate the establishment of the finite element model preparation,Modeling ideas and analysis process.(3)Combining with the finite element simulation results and the actual monitoring data for comparative analysis.First of all,the displacement,stress and strain response of the whole structure and replacement layer are analyzed from the displacement stage,the subsequent construction phase after completion of replacement,and the use stage after completion.The deviation between the actual value and the simulation value is explained,And analysis of trends and bias reasons.Secondly,the change trend of stress and strain of the two groups of shear walls before and after the replacement is expatiated and analyzed from the two stages of the subsequent construction stage after the completion of the replacement and the use stage after completion.Finally,from these three stages,the finite element results of the unsupported displacement concrete method and the supported replacement concrete method are compared to analyze the reinforcement effect and superiority.(4)Some suggestions are given for the design and analysis of the unsupported replacement concrete reinforcement method and the construction technology for the future engineering reference.
