The content of marine clay in Ningbo is large,containing organic matter,combining with thick water film and weak cohesive force between particles.It has the characteristics of high compressibility,high sensitivity,poor water permeability and long consolidation history.Selected based on the extensive literature on cement,NZN system(composite system by a mixture of three kinds of materials),CZN system(NZN system of cement and soft soil)as curing materials,materials with E as additive,through indoor experiment,compared the solidified mud unconfined compressive strength,the apparent density and scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis results,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Dry mixing method is an effective way to treat sludge mixing with high water content,particle powder curing agent is bigger than the surface area,can absorb large amounts of water,improve the pore of alkali concentration,increase the friction between soil particles and cohesion,conducive to the rapid formation of strength.(2)The effect of material E on the unconfined compressive strength of cement solidified soil is very good when the content of cement is 10%?15%,which is better than that of P.O42.5 conch cement.The effect of material E on the unconfined compressive strength of the specimen is more significant.(3)The orthogonal test results of CZN system and NZN system solidified marine sludge in Ningbo show that there is a better mass ratio between the components and the materials of each system.(4)By using the optimal ratio of the orthogonal test program,CZN system than the unconfined compressive strength of high NZN curing system of Ningbo marine ooze samples;in the system of NZN doped material E can significantly improve the solidified soil samples of unconfined compressive strength,the 28 day age strength with the system of CZN ages of solidified soil is.
