Modern logistics is a new type of service industry and one of the important pillars of China’s development of the national economy.The new era of "Internet plus" concept put forward,e-commerce explosive growth,for the development of the logistics industry has brought a broad s pace for development.Through high-speed logistics,the regional economic belt is more closely linked,and with the continuous strengthening of regional economic integration,all walks of life in the region has been covered by the logistics industry.In order to develop the logistics industry,the state has adopted a number of policies to support and guide the automobile manufacturers to develop lightweight models that meet the requirements of the national standards and the logistics market.The frame of commercial vehicle accounts for nearly 1/10 of the total weight of the vehicle,so it is very important to study and apply the lightweight frame.The Baosteel,Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation and other units for commercial vehicle frame beam introduced the co rresponding high strength hot-rolled steel plate.Through the application of high strength hot rolled steel plate,combined with the finite element analysis,the lightweight design of the frame can be realized effectively.This paper designs and manufactur es a new type of high-speed logistics model for Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co,.Ltd,and designs the high-speed logistics vehicle frame with high-strength hot-rolled steel plate in combination with the performance requirement and working condition of the produc t.This paper from the raw material performance,manufacturing process,frame structure design,finite element analysis of structure optimization,test,treatment and other aspects of the market quality problems are discussed,the main contents include:(1)From the angle of production,manufacturing,test study on the forming process of high strength hot rolled steel plate selection: a comparative analysis on the influence of the rolling texture of high strength hot rolled steel performance;influence of a plurality of mounting holes are arranged,layout of material properties;comparative analysis of high strength hot rolled steel plate holding time of the heat treatment on the properties of materials;(2)By using the finite element Hyperworks finite elem ent software to establish the model of the frame,respectively,flat start,full bending torsion,with full front axle rear axle torsion,braking,emergency braking,turning and turning ordinary emergency eight frame under typical working conditions,the s tatic strength calculation and analysis;calculate the first three order natural frequencies and modal shapes of the frame structure,and calculate and analyze the bending stiffness;(3)The stress test of the frame is carried out at the national proving gr ound to verify the correctness of the finite element analysis model and the calculation results;(4)Sampling analysis is carried out according to the quality problems of market feedback,and corresponding improvement measures are taken.In the process of product development,the research and development of the high-strength hot-rolled steel plate manufacturing process and the frame structure design are carried out simultaneously,and the trial and test are carried out simultaneously,which not only improve s the product reliability,but also shortens the product development cycle and improves the product Development efficiency.
