| High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is an important liquid phase analysis system of medical equipment,and chromatographic analysis is an important means of modern separation and analysis.As a precision analytical instrument,HPLC is an important tool for chromatographic analysis,and it has a wide range of applications in petroleum,chemical,pharmaceutical,agriculture,environmental protection,food and other fields.HPLC is a complex system of engineering whose research and development is related to optical,mechanical,electronics,automation,computer and other disciplines.In this thesis,HPLC system mainly consists of six parts,which includes high pressure infusion system,automatic sampling system,separation system,control valve system and ultraviolet detection system and industrial computer data processing system.With the continuous improvement of the system,HPLC can not only effectively analyze and detect substance,but also obtain the test data from industrial computer(host computer side),draw the curve,and ultimately get the test results.At the same time,with the development of the Web front and back procedures,users can view the results of detectors on the Web page and increase the detectors’ advice and other information.With the continuous improvement of high performance liquid chromatography technology,the hardware architecture of HPLC used in this thesis effectively improve the efficiency of chromatographic analysis experiment.This thesis designs a set of complete control system which is intended to propose a set of efficient liquid system analysis framework,and the design combines with the development and design of Web front and back.It can be said that the entire medical detection and control system are be fully analyzed and designed in this thesis.First of all,this thesis summarizes the application and research development progress of HPLC,and the theoretical basis of HPLC is described.The key points are as follows:industrial control technology,dual channel detection technology,automatic sampling and rapid detection technology was analyzed and studied,and the principle structure of HPLC was analyzed and discussed.Based on the current technology of liquid chromatography system and the performance and demand of the system,this thesis puts forward a set of effective and fast system framework,especially the hardware structure of the system,which is the characteristic of the system design in this thesis.Based on industrial computer technology,we have developed a PC software platform.Based on the development of Windows application program,a fast Qt development environment is selected in this thesis.The host function can control the various modules of HPLC and collect the data in real time,then it draws the curve of chromatogram,finally the host function obtains the detection result and sends it into the database system.In order to develop a comprehensive,full range of medical electronic control detection system,this thesis developed a set of Web front and back system in the last,which is based on MySql + Tomcat + Jsp + Servlet and other technologies.Through the web page view,users can view and browse the detector’s information in real time,and increase the detector’s additional information and other functions.At this point,the hardware and software functions of this system have been improved,the data interaction can be effectively extended.The automation of entire system has been overall enhanced. |
