The continuous development of scenic regions promoted by the local government has achieved remarkable results for a suburb district of Tianjin,which also has caused the increase of the power demand due to the growing number and scale of the tourist accomodation farmyards.This thesis is aimed at conducting an analysis on the problems with the power network reconstruction and metering and charge methods caused by the unpredictable load growth and is to attempt to provide certain solutions.By research on the power supply areas,it is discovered that apart from some common ones there are also problems such as faulty reported information on users’ power installation,original information not getting updated in time after house renovation,which make it almost impossible to deliver an effective forecast on the power load growth in these areas.Addionally,power reconstruction cannot keep up with farmyard construction;distribution transformers are overloaded during the peak season;the peak-valley load difference of the farmyard power consumption is excessive;power load is uneven and transformer three-phase imbalance is getting serious.As for those informal farmyards,the electro-metering is still in accordance with the household consumption standard instead of commercial usage.Through field work and data collecting of the farmyard power supply areas,combined with the operating experience of the past,based on the data,it is this thesis’ s aim to work out certain solutions for the problmes discovered.Preditions of the future development of the power supply areas are also to be made based on the farmyard saturation level and the load value of each room,which will lay a solid foundation for the new reconstruction methods such as: Ensure the power quality by reducing the low voltage power supply radius,improving the three-phase imbalanced load rate and reducing the low voltage line loss with the assistance of the new equipments and technology;meet users’ power demand when at peak by ensuring the low voltage conductor cross-section size and outlet switch number;make switch to user self-built transformer when the power load exceeds a certain value by altering the power consumption nature and setting up consumption threshold;in light of those non-formal farmyard users,work out a series of metering and charging methods.
