Evaluation And Study Of Motorcycle Emission Standard

With the development of industry and deterioration of environment,the government put forward higher requirements to the vehicle emission performance.Because of the number of motorcycles in the world,our country put more energy on the pollution control of the motorcycle.According to the request of “Notice on carrying out the work of revising the national environmental protection standard system in 2008” from Environmental protection department,the government begins to draw the National stage IV discharge standards of pollutants for motorcycle.For doing the experiment of motorcycle emission and analyzing the development of the Chinese Emission regulation,combining the standard of the United States,Europe,Japan and other countries,the main content and framework of the proposed standards.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of China's status quo of motorcycles and the amount of emissions,the necessity of motorcycle emission control in China is discussed,comparing the National stage III between China,USA,Europe and Japan emission standards,the disadvantange of National stage III in our country is discussed to provide reference in National stage IV discharge standards.Secondly,on the study of the motorcycle working mechanism,the main causes of motorcycle pollutants are obtained.The method of measuring the pollutant emission and the calculation principle of the displacement in the process of the motorcycle bench test is studyed as the foundation of the development of the experiment scheme.Aiming at the lack of standard for ECE test cycle which is used in National stage III discharge standards,combining with the advanced international regulations in the world,the WMTC test cycle is introduced in the emission experiment,through test correlation analysis in National stage III and WMTC circulation emissions,verify the feasibility of application of WMTC circulation in the National stage IV discharge standards.At last,based on the emission experiment,experimental emission evaporative pollutants,combining with experimental data analysis,the national standard of four emission value limits,double idle speed limits and evaporation limit are suggested: emission limit is equal to the euro IV requirements,double idle limits than the National stage III evaporation,and strict limits and maintain the world advanced regulationsconsistent.At the same time,in order to promote the development of Chinese motorcycle industry,the proposed national four standard emission calculation ratio of four in Europe and the proportion of the calculation,and the future development trend of motorcycle emission standards is prospected.
