| Sunshine is the necessary condition for photosynthesis in the growth process of plants in nature,which is composed of spectrum ranging from 300 to 2600 nm.But the plant only absorbs spectrum in the range of 400~750nm to promote its growth and development.And different plants require different ranges of spectra for photosynthesis.Therefore,one of the key factors to control the growth of plants,affecting the nutritional synthesis is to study the spectral characteristics of plant growth and development process scientifically and accurately to realize plant lighting.In this thesis,dynamic target spectral LED plant illumination system is designed to solve the problem that exists in plant lighting illumination system,based on the characteristics of the light source plant needed.The genetic algorithm is used as the spectral matching algorithm to obtain the fitting spectrum with high similarity to the absorption spectrum required for plant growth.The target spectrum can be dynamically adjusted according to the growth requirements of different plants,and the plant lighting system has improved the efficiency of the plant and match the absorption spectrum accurately.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the current research and experience of plant lighting field are introduced,and the status of plant lighting source is summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of existing plant lighting source and the problems that need to be improved are analyzed.In this paper,the dynamic target spectral matching algorithm will be implemented by genetic algorithm.By solving the nonnegative least square solution of the system,the change trend of the correlation index with the parameters of the genetic algorithm is observed,and the high correlation index are selected when the value of the combination parameters is high to achieve the purpose of spectral matching.Secondly,LED plant lighting system is designed in which the spectrum can be dynamically adjusted.The system lighting module is composed of monochromatic LED unit The brightness of the LED light source array is controlled by the PWM constant current drive chip dimming control by the single chip microcomputer to meet the demand of the plant in different stages.And then,the system has achieved interconnection through the WIFI transmission communication module and mobile terminal APP software based on the advanced Internet thought and the plant lighting system intelligent control Constitute a dynamic target spectrum LED plant lighting system with wireless transmission function power management function,intelligent data processing.Finally,the stability of the system is observed,and the better system control test results are obtained through the operation test of the system.The feasibility of the principle of the system is verified by experinents,which lays a foundation for practical application. |
