High temperature gas cold batch nuclear power station(HTR-PM)is a reactor with a spherical fuel element repeatedly through the thermonuclear reaction core.The main steam isolation valve is one of the key equipment of high temperature gas cold batch,its role is to quickly shut off main steam valve,to cut off the main steam pipe and to ensure the safety of nuclear reactors,when the steam generator heat exchanger tube accident.Main steam isolation valve is a representative high performance parameter valve in high temperature gas nuclear power plant.The success of the equipment is directly related to the safe function and smooth operation of the high temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power plant.This thesis will provide basis for the construction of high temperature gas nuclear power station.At present,the main steam isolation valve of domestic nuclear power plants are monopolized by enterprises in the United States,Britain and some western countries.The such import products are expensive,and is restricted in our nation defense industries.The state puts forward the requirements for localization of key valves of nuclear power plants,hopes to set up independent R&D system for independent manufacturing,and could substitute for the imported products.The independent manufacturing of main steam isolation valve has important engineering significance for promoting the progress of nuclear power project.In the future,we should go out of the country,and step into the world.Main steam isolation valve is the key valve of nuclear power project,its parameters of high temperature gas-cooled reactor(Design temperature is 576 ?,Design pressure is 15.7 MPa.)is higher than the parameters of specific pressure reactor nuclear power plant(Design temperature is 316?,Design pressure is 8.6MPa),and the practical conditions are abnormally.Therefore,the development of this product which belongs to the first in home,is difficult and has been successfully developed.This thesis focuses on the structure design and experimental verification of main steam isolation valve,such as calculation and analysis of temperature field,seismic calculation and stress analysis,fast shut-down and guarantee function of main steam isolation valve under high temperature and pressure condition,properties of high temperature forging grade material f91,reliability of valve quick closing action at high temperature,and the product test validation.Through SolidWorks,ANSYS and other design and calculation analysis software,the main steam isolation valve structure is optimized,as well as some temperature gradient analysis for key positions,which could ensure reliable performance at 576 ? high temperature.The test results show that the performance of main steam isolation valve could meet the requirements of technical specifications,and the standard of engineering application of high temperature gas nuclear power plant is reached.At present,the products have been installed in Shandong Huaneng Shidao Bay nuclear power plant,which has advantages of popularization and application.
