With the gradual awakening of people's awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,more and more air conditioning systems have began to use renewable energy as cold and heat sources.Among them,sea water source heat pump is favored by many coastal areas because of its characteristics of green,energy saving and environmental protection.In the recent twenty or thirty years,the sea water source heat pump technology has been gradually mature,but in many ways,especially the front end heat exchanger can be studied further to improve the operation effect of sea water source heat pump system in practical engineering.The sea water source heat pump system with front end heat transfer of capillary is studied in this paper.First of all,the mathematical model of the sea water source heat pump system,front end heat transfer of capillary and heat transfer region in the sea are established,and a self-defined heat exchanger module in TRNSYS is built.Secondly,using an offshore building in the sea area of Qingdao as a platform,the load is calculated by Dest,the capillary sea water source heat pump system is built and tested in summer condition,and the test data are analyzed.Then,the TRNSYS energy consumption simulation software is used for simulation,and the operation results are compared with the test results to verify the correctness and reliability of the capillary heat exchanger module and simulation model.Finally,this paper simulates winter conditions by TRNSYS simulation platform,and analyzes the operating characteristics of the system with different tube length,tube diameter,velocity inside of capillary and buried depth in winter condition.The study found out that the COP of unit is about 4 and the COP of system is about 3.15 when sea water source heat pump system is using the front end capillary heat exchanger when the sea water temperature is about 8~9?,the quantity of heat exchange per unit area of tube seats of the heat exchange is in the range of 165~170W In winter condition,the best tube length of capillary among 2m,3m,4m,5m,6m is 3m,and the best diameter of capillary among 3.3mm,4.3mm,6.3mm,8.3mm is 4.3mm,and the best tube flow rate in capillary among 0.1m/s,0.14m/s,0.18m/s,0.22m/s is 0.14m/s,This study is supported by Qingdao Science and Technology Citizen-friendly Project.and the best buried depth of capillary among 0.5m,1m,1.5m,2m is 1m.The simulation results are analyzed to provide guidance for the design and operation of the capillary sea water source heat pump system.
