In recent years,With the introduction and use biological photon detection,photoinduced bioluminescent become the important content in the biological photon detection.In light-induced bioluminescence measurement process,the need to advance in the biological sample irradiated with light of a certain period of time,When light stops immediately after open measurement channels and start the photon counter biological photon radiation measurement.This process need to incident light path and electronic shutter in detection optical path and photon counter for precise timing control,to ensure that the measurement run smoothly.The purpose of this research is to achieve BIOPHOTON designed to detect the timing controller,the direction of research is a combination of software and hardware to achieve the end result.This topic research based on MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer minimum system,to use ULN2803 relay driver circuit,LCD12864 display,mode selection button is divided into four buttons to achieve the corresponding functions,KEY1 used to control the overall circuit mode,normal mode and stop the two states;KEY2 total control circuit of the step value;there are three step value based on this study,are 1s,10 s and 30s;Along with the corresponding exposure time to be measured and the measurement time will make the appropriate changes;KEY3 key is to control the exposure time;KEY4 key is to control the measurement time.Photon counter voltage stabilizing circuit,driven ULN2803 to achieve output level signal 3 road,photon counter and two electronic shutter control,respectively,in order to achieve the timing relationships between various control signals is adjustable.Through the debugging of the circuit,the designed system can complete the design requirements,For accurate measurement of the organism luminescence signal delay provides a powerful tool,in addition to this system and the need to work on weekdays,but also contribute to a more professional in future research work.
