The Steel sheet pile has many advantages,such as high strength,good waterproof capability,short time limit,recyclable,low cost and environmental protection.In recent years,it has been widely applied in the foundation pit support project in China.However,the steel sheet pile is a flexible support structure with low stiffness.In order to control the design of sheet pile displacement and to ensure the safety and stability of the foundation retaining,we often need to increase the anchor,cable or interior bracing and other auxiliary measures,which limit the application of sheet pile in foundation retaining.The double-row sheet-pile wall structure is a retaining system composed of double-row steel plate pile connected by tie rod,partition or beam,which has greater rigidity and stability than single-row steel sheet pile support.It can avoid the use of interior bracing or anchor cable and provide open foundation pit construction space,which extends the application of sheet pile foundation retaining.Based on the constructional conditions of Nanning and the structural characteristics of steel sheet pile,this paper discusses the applicability of the double-row sheet-pile wall structure connected with tie rod and the double-row sheet-pile wall structure connected with the partition in Nanning basin from the aspects of construction,economy and safety.The finite element simulation software is used to analyze the stress-strain characteristics of the structure,and study the influence of the design parameters on the horizontal displacement.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Based on the finite element software Plaxis 2D and the typical strata designed in Nanning,through comparative analysis with the single row of sheet pile,double row pile and anchor sheet pile,this thesis evaluates the application scope,advantages and disadvantages of double-row sheet-pile foundation retaining structure in Nanning basin.(2)Based on the finite element analysis software,the numerical analysis of the double-row sheet-pile foundation retaining structure connected with tie rod is carried out.Through modifying the parameters and fully understanding the stress-strain characteristics and regularity,this thesis put forward the suitable row distance of double-row sheet-pile wall,and the design suggestions to increase its whole rigidity.(3)This paper proposes the feasibility of the application of the partition connected the double-row sheet-pile wall in Nanning,using the MIDAS-GTS 3d numerical simulation analysis of the structur to provide reference for the length and connection of its panel partition and forecast its application scope in Nanning basin.
