In the modern mechanical engineering,the processes of mechanical equipment optimal design through experiments were as follows:the first is the design and implementation of experiment,the following is modeling with experimental data,and finally,optimization analysis based on modeling results.This dissertation focuses on the experimental design part:Based on the nested experimental design method,the sampling method of the high accuracy experiment points is changed,taking the frame as the experiment object,the finite element nested test was carried out,which has excellent modeling effect.Contrast the pros and cons of the nested design and the classical experimental design method.The physical nested experiment of modal analysis was done.This dissertation first introduces the research status of experimental design and frame structure experiment at home and abroad.In the aspect of experimental design,contrast the pros and cons of different experimental design methods,and introduces the nested design,which contains different accuracy experiments,The sampling method of high accuracy experiment points in the nested design is changed,and the data of low accuracy experiment is discarded in the final modeling.Taking the frame as the experiment object,the nested Finite Element modal analysis experiment and the static response analysis experiment were carried out.Then,the regression model was built by using the experimental data.Finally,based on the regression model,the frame size optimization design was achieved,and a better optimization result was obtained.Taking the frame as the experiment object,the Latin hypercube experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out,these two experiment methods are commonly used in the design of practical engineering.contrast the pros and cons of the nested design relative to these two methods.Relatively orthogonal design of nesting design can save the cost of the experiment and improve the modeling effect.The nesting design has better modeling effect than the Latin hypercube experiment,but the addition of the low accuracy experiment leads to increase time costs.In the experiment implementation,a physical modal analysis system was set up for practical application,and a nested experiment of physical modal analysis was carried out.Studied the application of nested design in physical experiment.The main works and contributions of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:1)The sampling method of high accuracy experiment points in two accuracy nested design was changed to make it have better regression modeling effect.2)Frame optimal design using nested design was carried out.3)Contrast the pros and cons of the nested design and the classical experimental design method.4)Studied the application of nested design in physical experiment.
