Sensorless brushless DC motor due to its advantages such as simple structure,convenient maintenance,reliable operation,good speed regulation performance is widely used in manufacturing,medical equipment,transportation and other fields.With the rapid development of modern industrial technology,the performance of sensorless brushless DC motor control system also should be more and more high,so the study of sensorless brushless DC motor control technology has very important theory meaning and practical value.In this paper,experimental verification method combined with numerical simulation are used to develop the technology of sensorless brushless DC motor control,the concrete content includes the following aspects:(1)The paper make a brief introduction of the research background,briefly review the development of the sensorless brushless DC motor control technology and the research status at home and abroad.The paper also introduce the structure and basic operation principle of sensorless brushless DC motor in detail,and establish the mathematical model of state space according to the voltage balance equation,the motor torque equation and motion equation.(2)We study several key technologies of the sensorless brushless DC motor control and put forward a simple and easy method to implement the EMF zero point detection.At the same time,this paper proposes a "three-step" starting strategy based on current closed-loop control.(3)We choose the MC9ZVML128 as main control chip and design the hardware circuit of sensorless brushless DC motor control system,including minimum system circuit,three-phase inverter bridge driving circuit,the peripheral circuit of gate drive unit module.We also give the relevant circuit principle diagram in the paper.At last,we introduce the hardware aspects of the system reliability design.(4)We design the software system of sensorless brushless DC motor control.According to the overall block diagram of control software,we respectively design the starting subprogram,back EMF zero point detection subprogram,commutation subprogram,and speed control and current limit subprogram based on the PID closed-loop control.At last,we also give the relevant procedure flow chart.(5)We establish the simulation model of sensorless brushless DC motor control system by using MATLAB\Simulink simulation platform and analyze the simulation results.We also build the experimental platform for sensorless brushless DC motor control system and analyze the actual runtime test results.The end result verify the correctness and reliability of sensorless brushless DC motor control system.
