In order to promote the sustainable development of the automobile industry,ease the pressure of energy shortages and environmental pollution,the world is committed to the development of advanced passenger car power technology,the key to its technology is to achieve environmental protection,low carbon,energy saving and low cost.Compared with the gasoline engine,the diesel engine has the advantages of higher thermal efficiency,better torque characteristics and lower carbon dioxide emissions.Passenger car diesel has become one of the most effective technical routes for energy saving and emission reduction.Diesel engine in the actual operation of the operating parameters and experimental bench measurement results vary widely,so understand the performance of diesel engine in the vehicle running state,and for performance parameters,control parameters on-line detection and analysis is necessary.Based on the method proposed by the research team to solve the relevant parameters by means of transient pressure measurement and steady state interpolation simulation,the synchronization,continuous and accurate measurement of control and performance parameters under diesel engine variable condition are realized.The detailed process of the performance parameters of the variable condition is summarized,and the reliability of the applied detection method is analyzed by the experimental data.Finally,the transient and steady-state test data are compared to obtain the difference of the performance parameters of the transient and steady-state diesel engine and the reason of the difference.Through the comparative analysis of the test data,it can be concluded that the test accuracy of the test method used in the test can meet the testing requirements of the test.The test data of the cylinder in the test can represent the average value of the test results of each cylinder.The difference between the MAP value and the change of the MAP value can not be directly reflected by the change of the inlet pressure.The main factors that cause the fluctuation of the combustion and heat transfer performance parameters during the transient load of the diesel engine are the excess air coefficient.The excess air coefficient is similar In the case of steady-state operating conditions,the combustion and heat release patterns are very close to those in the transient conditions,but the difference in the discharge rate is higher due to the difference in the fuel injection strategy,and the combustion duration is higher Short;diesel engine sudden change is actually a series of quasi-steady state transition,can be steady-state conditions of diesel engine performance and operating parameters of the internal relationship between the common law and control equations applied to the transient conditions Performance analysis and evaluation;Based on the research of this thesis,a method of real-time detection of transient operation and performance parameters of diesel engine is proposed.The reliability of transient detection method is verified.The transient performance parameters of the prototype are obtained.The reason for the difference between the state operation and the performance parameter provides a direction for correcting the calibration parameters.
