Electronic balance is a kind of high precision instruments,has the function of tare,automatic calibration,automatic display,automatic fault detection and other precision,quality measurement is widely used in the field of scientific research,industry,national defense etc.Due to the level of precision manufacturing technology base materials,assembling low,backward technology,lack of basic research on electromagnetic force balance sensor,compared with the international advanced level,the domestic electronic balance still has certain gap,especially in the temperature compensation of electronic analytical balance,the hardware compensation method currently used in domestic debugging process cumbersome,low accuracy.Can not meet the requirements of high precision electronic balance,can not guarantee the metrological performance of electronic analytical balance.According to the electromagnetic force balance sensor,dynamic,reference,sampling resistance of temperature sensitive materials such as environmental temperature and temperature rise of coil temperature drift and affect the measurement performance of electronic balance analysis,this thesis briefly introduces the research status of the electronic analytical balance at home and abroad,and explains the background and significance of the research;Then the thesis introduces the concept and working principle of temperature drift of electronic analytical balance,then the cause of electronic analytical balance temperature drift of the magnetic circuit components,circuit element instrument mechanical weighing structure in-depth analysis,and through the establishment of electronic balance analysis of the influence of magnetic circuit structure of ANSYS simulation model of temperature field simulation of temperature caused by electronic analytical balance;Then the permanent magnet materials used in the electronic analysis balance are analyzed and the materials of permanent magnets are selected.By analyzing the principle of electronic analysis balance hardware compensation method,this thesis puts forward a method based on PT1000 hardware circuit temperature compensation method,and some methods for improving the magnetic stability of permanent magnet are briefly introduced,briefly introduces the processing method of permanent magnet stability improvements;Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the electronic analysis balance software compensation method,an electronic analysis balance temperature drift compensation method based on the support vector machine is proposed,first introduces the fitting principle of support vector machine,and then through the ANSYS simulation of temperature field simulation results to determine the appropriate temperature acquisition point,emphatically introduces the compensation process of electronic support vector machine analysis of temperature drift compensation method based on balance;Finally through the concrete implementation of electronic analytical balance temperature drift compensation model and verification experiments,analysis of electronic analytical balance before and after the temperature drift compensation measuring performance.Experimental results show that the compensation method used in this thesis,the electron range 200g,resolution 0.1 mg analytical balance compensation test.The results show that in a full range of indication error absolute value is less than or equal to 0.3mg,I is better than "GB/T 26497-2011 Electronic balance" in accordance with the requirements of electronic balance of temperature drift index.
