With the rapid development of centrifugal pump industry in China,the quality requirements of the centrifugal pump also will be higher and higher.As the core component of centrifugal pump,the machining quality of centrifugal pump impeller has a direct effect on the working efficiency and service life of the device,it is important to study how to quickly detect the accuracy of the centrifugal pump impeller.According to the traditional measurement method of centrifugal pump impeller has high cost and long period,this paper puts forward using binocular 3D measurement technology of structured light measurement of centrifugal pump impeller,and the centrifugal pump impeller is obtained by machining experiment.The measurement platform is used to obtain the centrifugal pump impeller point cloud,then the point cloud data denoising,registration,holes filling,simplification and reconstruction process,obtain the centrifugal pump impeller model reconstruction,and analyzed the 3D model of the original design of centrifugal pump impeller model and measurement and reconstruction of data,and the error sources are analyzed.The main work of this paper can be divided into several aspects:In the study of structure light three-dimensional measurement technology,mainly analyzes the phase measurement profilometry and phase-shift method,and phase unwrapping in binocular phase profilometry to by phase phase profilometry measurement in binocular of selected multifrequency heterodyne principle,followed by the camera calibration,using flexible planar target 2D camera calibration method based on calibration,and the projector as a virtual camera,completed the projector and the system calibration work.The research on centrifugal pump impeller point cloud acquisition,first for the experiment of centrifugal pump impeller,complete processing tools,process parameters,selecting and setting up,successfully tested objects ofcentrifugal pump impeller.Then studied the binocular 3D measurement system of PowerScan-II,build a stereo grating imaging system,complete the system calibration and camera parameters,after repeated scanning measurement is obtained after the point cloud data of centrifugal pump impeller,and the pretreatment.To deal with the point cloud data obtained from the previous step,including coarse mosaic of discrete point cloud,ICP algorithm is used for fine stitching holes on the point cloud model of filling,then the algorithm point by point insertion method of triangulation of point clouds using Delaunay triangulation,discusses the method of simplifying the triangle mesh,focuses on the analysis of the triangle collapse algorithm and the point cloud data were reduced,the error analysis and simplification.In order to complete the final surface reconstruction of the centrifugal pump impeller,the NURBS surface theory is used to reconstruct the NURBS surface,and the default value of tolerance is set to 0.039 mm.Finally,the data format on the reconstruction of centrifugal pump impeller model storage,the different format and use binary STL format for storage,and then analyzes the source of error,given the preset total error and the use of Geomagic Qualify for quality testing,all the data points have been accounted for 90.13%,is expected to achieve the basic error range set,and sampling shall meet the preset requirement.
