Innovation is the soul of national development and is also the quality that high-tech talents need.As a systematic innovation method,TRIZ reveals the inherent law of invention and can quickly find the optimal scheme to solve the problem in many solutions,which greatly speeds up the process of solving the problem of invention.The method of TRIZ is applied to the research on the condition that the pedestrian(non-motor vehicle driver)colliding with the door,door-pedestrian collision protection system is put forward for the first time.The solutions of the design and implementation of door-pedestrian collision protection system are determined through problem-solving process of TRIZ and a variety of tools of TRIZ.Finally,HyperWorks and LS-DYNA are used to simulate the situations of installing airbag or not with the door opening angles of 60° and 70° to verify the feasibility of the scheme.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,the background and significance of the paper is discussed,and the research status of pedestrian safety protection and TRIZ theory at home and abroad is analyzed,and finally the main contents and framework of this paper are illustrated.In the second chapter,the traditional innovation method is compared with the innovation method of TRIZ and the innovation method of TRIZ is selected to solve the problem.And the theory of TRIZ and the computer aided innovation software are introduced.Then the problem is described,the component analysis,the causal analysis and the resource analysis of the existing technology system are conducted to determine the root cause of the problem and the resources that can be used to solve the problem.In the third chapter,physical contradictory analysis,technical contradictory analysis and su-field analysis of the existing problems of the door-pedestrian collision protection system are conducted through the innovation method of TRIZ,and a series of innovative prioritization schemes are reached.The control method of the airbag system is introduced in detail.In the fourth chapter,the vehicle passive safety research method and the finite element theory are introduced,the finite element model of the door and standard pedestrian head are established.Simulation analysis of the door-pedestrian collision is carried out to simulate the accident that the pedestrian hits the door at the speed of 40km/h with the door opening angles of 60°and 70° to obtain the degree of injury of the pedestrian head in this case.In the fifth chapter,a method of the door airbag for pedestrian protection is proposed to provide head protection for pedestrian.Coverage area of the airbag after deployment and the assembly box of the airbag are designed,the finite element model of the airbag and the assembly box of the airbag is established.Simulation analysis of door-pedestrian-airbag collision is carried out to simulate the accident that the pedestrian moves at the speed of 40km/h towards the direction of the door,and the airbag expands to provide protection with the door opening angles of 60°and 70° to obtain the degree of injury of the pedestrian head in this case,so the feasibility of the scheme is verified.In the sixth chapter,the research work is summarized and prospected.
