Mechanical vibration problem has always been a large machinery,high precision and high precision engineering is widespread and solve the problem of up to more difficult.With the development of science and technology,increase the space structure of largeprecision instruments makes the increasing of requirements for environment increasingly harsh and the demands of precision,specially the space environment,the vibration control becomes more and more important.Rectangular thin plate is one of the most common flexible structure,because this kind of flexible structure environment external resistance is small and its modal damping effect,so it is necessary to carry out its active vibration control,that in order to improve the precision,stability and quality of work equipment.This paper specifically studied the active vibration control of thin plate structure summarized and discussed the present elastic vibrationtheory,active control technology and the current development of piezoelectric sensing technology.At present in the correspondding research fields,active control algorithm application in tegration technology and intelligent solution increased gradually and become the forefront of technology.So I chose the application of independent modal space algorithm of piezoelectric sensor and actuator control structure which is composed as the basic design methods,study on the response characteristics and how to control the vibration of thin rectangular plate,according to control the vibration of thin piezoelectric based on controller design and simulation analysis of control equation.On basis of the above analysis,I design vibration test control system,use of passive control and active control,inhibition of thin plate under simple harmonic excitation force under the condition of high frequency and low frequency vibration is effective;finally design sensor/actuator position on the board to control vibration,and through simulation experiments show the effectiveness of the design schemes.
