Development Of The Control And Test System Of Constant Volume Combustion Test Platform

The atomization and mixing characteristics of diesel spray is a key factor to determine the performance of diesel engine and exhaust emissions,so the research of electronic control fuel injection system and spray characteristics on diesel is meaning and necessary.The main mean to study these properties is optical diagnostic technique.The main function of diesel spray test is the use of direct imaging or Shadow Photography,Schlieren imaging technology,through visual fixed atomization and mixing process in the formation of the diesel spray volume device of the actual high pressure common rail fuel injection system,to master the mechanism and characteristics.In order to carry out the fuel spray characteristics test,measure and control system of diesel spray test platform to achieve the fuel injection and the high-speed camera collaborative work is needed,which can accurately get a high pressure common rail fuel injection system of diesel spray image information,realize the visualization of test process.Therefore this topic design the diesel spray test and control system,including control circuit design and development the high pressure common rail fuel system of rail pressure,fuel injector solenoid valve,high speed camera switch,and related control procedures and volume combustion control system man-machine interface design is developed.According to the requirements of the system,this paper designs the hardware circuit of the control system,including the signal conditioning circuit of temperature and pressure in cylinder,injector solenoid valve drive circuit and fuel overflow valve drive circuit composed of hardware system.On the basis of the hardware circuit,design the PCI-6321 data acquisition card as the core of the data acquisition system,and combined with the fuel system control strategy.through the LabVIEW programming language,this paper design the control program,including ignition,high and low voltage driven injector and rail pressure control.At last,the constant volume combustion test platform is used the fuel injection test..The results show that: the fuel spray measurement and control system designed can meet the study of diesel spray atomization and mixing process,which has a great value.
