The ship is constituted by a lot of equipments,and the energy transferring between these equipments leads to vibration.Great harms were created on the ship by the transferring of vibration,and which also has bad influences on the comfortable of ship.Therefore,the vibration reduction of ship has been a major research topic.The active vibration absorption technology has broad application prospects in the vibration control of ship.The research status in the domestic and foreign was introduced in this thesis,and active vibration absorption with high reliability was designed on the basis of technical principle.There are phase adjustment structure and stress amplitude adjustment structure in the active vibration absorption.Firstly,stress amplitude adjustment structure was designed and movement of which was simulated by ADAMS.Secondly,the parts of adjustment structures were checked.Then which were manufactured according to the design.The control systems were made according to applications.The frequency modulation on active vibration absorption was carried out by LMS adaptive algorithm,while phase modulation was carried out by automatic optimization algorithm.The control processes of two algorithms were designed to achieve the requirements of the experiment.The active vibration absorption experiments were made on experimental platform after manufacture of active vibration absorption and development of control systems.And the performance of active vibration absorption and control systems was validated fully by which.
