The method of reliability design and analysis is one of the modern techniques for aircraft design,and also one of the most powerful means to improve applicability and effectiveness of aircraft.The systematic structure of aircraft is complicated and the related problems of the transmission device system are of particular importance.Besides,transmission device assembly wear is the most important and direct reason for lowering the reliability level of the whole set of system.Therefore,the reasonable research on the wear reliability of the transmission device assembly is quite necessary.The core of the research on wear reliability is to build a reliability prediction model with engineering application value.The essential premise of building the wear reliability prediction model is to conduct sufficient study on the wear mechanism,carry out reasonable prediction on the wear rate,and meanwhile,make the right judgment of the distribution types of parameters in the wear process.By adhering to the principle of ensuring all the work meets the engineering practice,following research has been finished in this paper:1.Considering the wear features of the transmission device assembly,three sets of feasible wear experiments are designed and completed.The complete experimental data is obtained and the main wear point is found.The specific division at different stages of wear and the primary and secondary relations of the influential factors are determined.The statistical characteristics of the wear process are analyzed,which provides quantitative data for the subsequent theoretical analysis and derivation.2.The statistical treatment on the orthogonal experimental data of the wear influential factors is carried out by adopting partial least-squares regression method.The prediction and regression static model of the wear rate of slide block is built.A detailed analysis of the relation between the wear rate of slide block and the influential factors is conducted.The built model is analyzed through SIMCA-P software,and meanwhile,new experiments are done to test the effect and verify the prediction effect and precision of the model.3.Based on the stochastic process theory,a statistical analysis of the entire wear stochastic process characteristics is carried out with SPSS software,through which the type of wear stochastic process is determined.The universal basic model of wear stochastic process isbuilt.The method of determining the model parameters is specified and the applied analysis regarding the slide block in the transmission device is conducted.4.The cutting-off-tail design at two ends is adopted to the design variables.The wear reliability prediction model is built by applying the mechanical fuzzy reliability theory on the basis of the static prediction of wear rate and the wear stochastic process model.The method of determining the important parameters of the model is specified.With the help of example analysis,this wear reliability model is verified to have high application value and meet the engineering practice.
