Missile weapon system,one of the most important defense weapon systems,is becoming more and more important in international competition of military equipment.In recent years,researches on the reliability of weapon systems are getting more and more attentions.Chinese defense modernization level can be improved by promoting the reliability of weapon systems.The researcher,designer,producer and user will have a deeper understanding of missile weapon system as the development of reliability during the process of design,production,using in weapon systems,then it promoted the development of defense weapon systems innovation directly in the future.However,reliability research works are quite few,most of them are focus on the components of the system,let alone the reliability research on weapon system.It is really hard to solve all the problems in reliability analysis for a method for the reason that the components of the systems are always affected by each other,which led to the slow improvement in reliability analysis of weapon systems.Air-to-air missile is an important part of missile systems,which contains high technology,complex process and needs high reliability.So in this paper,reliability analysis method and process is introduced by studying a case of this type missile system.First of all,decompose the system structure and divide function level,and list the main components of the each subsystem.Learn more about the function and characteristics of each component in the system,as well as the relationship between systems.Define and distinguish between the interaction and correlation of the system.Secondly,research on the reliability of each subsystem separately according to the system structure divided before.Using the ADC model to estimate the missile warhead system,and using a few sample data processing method in statistics to calculate the reliability of missile propulsion system and missile guidance and control system based on few measured sample data.Calculate the reliability of the missile power system and analyze the effects and danger of failure modes.Finally,based on reliability data measured in system task phase,make reliability prediction of the system and FMECA and FTA analysis,to get the overall reliability of system,and find out the major failure mode and get the probability of the specific top event happens,get the basic events that resulting the top event.At the last part of the thesis,the fuzzy mode effects and criticality analysis methods is put forward based on the reseatch missile power system.This method can make up the traditional method effectively as well as provide technical foundation for system reliability research.This paper presented effective means and methods to improve the reliability of missile systems at the last,and pointed out the research priorities of future missile systems reliability.In this thesis,the reliability of missile weapon systems research method is given,the corresponding solutions to the problem of part subsystem reliability studies for missile weapon system are given,While research with the use of reliability data abstracted by the research of missile,methods and implementation steps of system reliability study are given in examples,provides the foundation for missile weapon system reliability study,provides a reference for further improving the reliability level of our weapons systems.Because this paper proposed some research methods is for the object researched in this paper,methods must be adjusted in other missile weapons systems or other systems.
