In this paper,two failure modes,the overall buckling mode and the local buckling of the stiffener are analyzed.In the whole buckling mode,the nonlinear yielding differential equation and Von Mises equation of the large deformation orthotropic plate are used to check the edge yield of the plate,and the ultimate strength equation of the stiffened plate under the complex load is obtained.Based on the elastic large deflection theory and the rigid-plastic method,the bi-directional stress capability curve of the local buckling of the slab under the combined action of the two-way compression load and the lateral load is considered,And compared with numerical simulation and CCS specification.On this basis,the stress-time-history curve of the stiffened plate on the bottom of the ship is simulated numerically,and the probability density function of the discrete point is fitted by means of Matlab.The approximate probability density function is obtained by using the JC method.Sex was calculated.Finally,the fatigue corrosion problem is considered,and the obtained reliability index is corrected.
