| With the continuous expansion of the grid,the power system structure is becoming more complicated,leading to more and more uncertainty of the system.Especially,the massive integration of wind power and other renewable energy set higher requirement for power system flexibility.During the winter heating period,the traditional heat pipe network limits the adjustable capacity of CHP units in power valley load periods and peak load periods.The power system flexibility is serious lack,probably causing the situation of load shedding and wind abandoning.In order to solve the problem that during the winter heating period the power system flexibility is serious lack,the main works done in this article include the following aspects:(1)The models have been proposed,including the CHP unit,heating pipeline network interconnection and heating load.Based on the characteristics of power system flexibility and the principle of balance,the power system flexibility model is built.(2)Based on the interconnection of heating pipeline network,the power system flexibility dispatch model is built,considering the heat-electricity operating characteristics of CHP unit,the interconnection of heating pipeline network and the energy storage of buildings.It takes the maximized up flexibility in peak load periods and down flexibility in valley load periods as its object and fully utilizes the difference of operating characteristics of CHP unit,reasonably allocating the heat and electricity power.Case study verifies that,considering the interconnection of heating pipeline network and the energy storage of buildings,the power system flexibility in different periods can be effectively improved,which integrates more renewable energy resources into power grid. |
