Full-face rock tunnel boring machine is used widely with its high efficiency,high security and low cost are widely used in the tunnel engineering.The cutterhead is one of the core parts of TBM,is located in the front of the machine.Cutterhead not only drivage single rock stratum,but also drivage mixed-face rock ground during the construction process,its performance has a direct influence on machine utilization.For the complex cutterhead load,cutterhead vibrate larger and cutter wear serious et.al,load characteristic of the cutterhead,cutter optimization layout design and the performance evaluation method has studied based on the study at home and abroad.(1)According to the distribution characteristics of strata,rock section circular layered model was established,a cutterhead load model in single rock stratum is expanded to mixed-face rock ground based on the CSM model.By comparing the construction record data of Qinling TB880 E tunnel,the accuracy of the model has verified and cutterhead drivage performance has evaluated.Based on the research,the relationship of cutter location and distribution of the cutterhead load under the specific geological has studied.(2)Analyzed the geological changes on the influence of the cutterhead load,when the two kinds of rock in each half in the cross section of round,cutterhead overturning moment and unbalanced radial force reach maximum.In addition,the greater the difference of two rock uniaxial compressive strength,the bigger cutterhead unbalanced radial force and overturning moment.By studying the cutterhead relation of between the thrust and torque under different geological conditions,to fit the data,obtained the cutterhead matching relationship of thrust and torque calculation formula in the process of excavating under particular geological conditions.(3)In view of the cutter wear serious and cutterhead load uneven,proposed the cutter disc cutter layout design method,which include diameter design with same cutter wear rate,and polar angle design with multifilar helices partitioned based on cutterhead load distribution more uniform.(4)Proposed a cutterhead performance evaluation method based on AHPentropy method.For the performance evaluation of the cutter layout,the cutter layout hierarchy structure model is established,and uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method combined with entropy method,to combination with subjective and objective evaluation information uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method combined with entropy method,and effectively overcomes the problem that the AHP is too dependent upon the decision-makers’ subjective experience.Take the relative optimization degree as the final decision to evaluate the performance of cutter layout,and eight helices layout design is a comprehensive optimal solution.
